Our Dental Team has been specially selected to ensure that your child is well cared for in the most high-tech clinical and friendly environment.
All of our team members are CPR certified and have over 60 years of combined dental experience. Each team member attends weekly meetings which consist of training sessions, team-building discussions and continuing education requirements to ensure they stay abreast of current concerns in the dental field and to ensure all of our patients concerns and needs are being met. Our team is unique, in which they are all moms who have proven that their philosophy is to treat each patient as if they were their own. This wonderful practice is known for its hospitality and upbeat spirit.
Ms. Alisa Pratcher, RDA/Treatment and Financial Coordinator
Ms. Alisa Pratcher attended and graduated from East High School, where she is currently an active alumni. She later attended and graduated from Memphis Area Vo-Tech Dental Assisting School in 1990 (a.k.a.Tennessee Tech). Though she is highly experienced in administration /financial aspects, she also possesses her CPR and coronal polisher certificate. She is the proud mother of three of the most beautiful children God has blessed her, Bradley, Brian and Brooke. She enjoys reading, cross-stitching, serving at church and most of all traveling. She considers herself as being adventurous, and has decided to embark on a new hobby of “scrap-booking”!

Mrs. Ginny Smith, RDA
Mrs. Ginny Smith attended Concorde Career College and graduated in 2003. She has received her CPR, sealant and coronal polisher certificate. She is happily married to an incredible, hardworking, loving man that has blessed her in so many ways. They have dedicated their lives in raising three wonderful sons, Cody, Cory and Aidan. She enjoys spending her time with family, swimming, reading, attending yard sales and shopping.

Mrs. Debbie Ward, RDA
Mrs. Debbie Ward attended Bartlett High School and graduated in 1988. She later attended Memphis Area Vo-Tech (a.k.a. Tennessee Tech) where she graduated in 1989. She has received her CPR, sealant, nitrous oxide and coronal polisher certificate. She is a mother of two; a son who is 13 and a daughter who is 7. She has been married for 17 great years to her husband Michael. She enjoys going on cruises, spending time with family, shopping, eating out at her favorite restaurants and collecting flip-flops. She is proud of being recognized as most improved and always being recognized for doing a great job in her profession.

Mrs. Eugenia White, RDA
Mrs. Eugenia White attended Kirby High school and graduated in 1997. She later attended Concorde Career Institute and graduated from the Dental assisting program in 1998. She is currently attending Southwest Tennessee Community college majoring in Applied Science and plans to attend the UT-Dental Hygiene program to become a dental hygienist. She has received her CPR, sealant and coronal polisher certificate. She is a proud mother of two; a daughter who is 11 and a son who is 7 and has been married for five years. “I love them more than I ever thought I could love anyone.” She enjoys going to the movies, shopping, reading, dining out, traveling and spending time with family. She is proud of receiving the African American Dental Association Scholarship Award and becoming Valedictorian of her Dental Assisting Class.

Mrs. Cheryl Bass, Hygiene Coordinator
Mrs. Cheryl Bass graduated from Melrose High School in 1986. In 1988, she decided to go to Job Corps to obtain a skill. She graduated from The Atlanta Job Corps Center in 1989 with a Georgia Nursing Assistant Certification, majoring in Geriatric Care. Her passion has always been to work with seniors and children. After working with seniors, she returned to Memphis to start in the dental field. She has over eight years of dental experience and continuing care education. She has a 16 year old daughter named Ashlee. Surprisingly enough she met her now loving husband Terry at a dental convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. They have been married for three and a half years. She enjoys singing in her church choir and spending time with her family. She is passionate about customer service!

Kimberly Woods, RDA
Ms. Kimberly Woods graduated from Germantown High School and later earned her Dental Assistant certificate from Concorde Career College. She is CPR certified and has also obtained her coronal polisher and sealant certificate. She is currently also seeking a degree in Dental surgery to later become a Dentist.
Kimberly is a mother of one son whom she loves to spend time with. She enjoys rollerblading, tennis, shopping and decorating.
Mrs. Sarah Antonio, RDA
Mrs. Sarah Antonio majored in pre dental hygiene at Arkansas State University and has been a practicing assistant for 6 years both in TN and Arkansas. She is CPR certified and currently obtaining her coronal polisher certificate.
She is a wife to a wonderful man named Aleks and a proud mother to a rambunctious 2 year old named Jaxon. She loves serving in her church and spending time with friends and family.
