Thank you for choosing our office for your child’s dental care. We pride ourselves in providing excellent care and seeing our patients “on-time”. We also want to provide convenient times for our patients to see us. As a courtesy to you, we will mail you an appointment reminder card one to two weeks prior to your appointed time, we will email a reminder one week prior and we will call you the day before your appointment. We ask that you please let us know 24 hours in advance when you need to break an appointment. Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a $50 broken appointment fee. We value you as a patient and look forward to seeing you in the near future.
