Mrs. Betty, RDA

Ms. Juana E. Rodriquez Jimenez, known as "Betty," completed her dental training at a dental technical college and advanced her education by earning certification in Expanded Functions Restorative Procedures from the UT Health Science Center. She has been an invaluable asset to our practice, not

only for her clinical skills in restorative dentistry but also for her dedication to interpreting for our Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring they feel understood and cared for.

Betty is a devoted wife and mother of two, and she treasures spending quality time with her family and friends. She often reflects on the challenges she faced upon arriving in the United States without knowing the language—a hardship that shaped her resilience and compassion. One of her guiding principles is: "Always trust God and be kind."

If you could be a superhero, who would you be and why?

I wish I had the power to heal people’s childhood traumas.

What were your favorite childhood memories?

I loved it when my mom sent me and my brothers a box of goodies, full of toys, clothes and shoes.

If you could be a teenager again, what advice would you give yourself?

To follow your dreams and not care so much about what other people think of you.
